/ PRICINGUsage-based, nothing exotic

Price scales with verified agent volume. Not seats.

Three tiers aligned to the merchant launch track. Start free for evaluation, move to Growth when you ship, talk to us when you scale beyond the launch package.

Annual-commit pricing is available on Growth and Enterprise. The KYA team quotes it directly — we do not publish a headline monthly number yet.

/ FAQQuestions

What merchants usually ask.

How is a verification counted?+

One verification equals one decision call at checkout — identity + operator context + trust signals evaluated against the merchant policy — regardless of the outcome (approve, review, block).

Do blocked agent attempts count toward volume?+

No. Only completed decision calls are counted. Traffic blocked at the edge before a decision call doesn't count.

Does this affect human checkouts?+

No. KYA activates only when agent signals are present. Human checkout traffic is untouched.

What about SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI?+

We do not hold those certifications today. We will publish a compliance roadmap as we work toward them; in the meantime we provide the KYA architecture document and answers to security questionnaires directly.
